We are working to strengthen the cleaning and sanitization protocols of the rooms to ensure maximum hygiene and health safety for our guests.
1 Hall / Reception / Bar

- The Reception is equipped with a protective plexiglass barrier
- Dispenser with hand gel disinfectant
- Disposable masks and gloves are available
- All worktops, surfaces and objects with which guests you have come into contact are frequently disinfected.
- The rooms are ventilated frequently throughout the day.
2 Breakfast Room

-At the entrance of the breakfast room there is a dispenser with hand gel disinfectant.
- Breakfast buffet is replaced by breakfast served at the table or directly in your room;
- The Buffet is displayed with a layout that guarantees maximum hygiene of all foods , with protective glass bells for cakes and fruit, but access is limited to staff.
- The tables are arranged in such a way that the distance between one chair and another is
over three feet;
- The surfaces of the buffet are cleaned and disinfected after each service.
Coffee and juice dispensers are only used by room staff and cleaned and disinfected frequently
during the service;
- The room is ventilated through large windows overlooking the park, at the end of each service;
3 Rooms
The already accurate cleaning services have been enhanced by using suitable medical device detergents, disposable cleaning cloths for each room and the use of ozone therapy to ensure efficient disinfection against bacteria, viruses, spores and mites.-
- Rooms are assigned only a few days after the departure of the previous customer
- Rooms are ventilated before cleaning;
- Sanitization of objects that are frequently touched, such as handles, lift buttons, handrails, switches, etc;
- TV remote controls are sanitized and placed in a sealed bag;
- Cushions, duvets, mattresses are treated with ozone therapy;
- Reception kit in the room (hand disinfectant gel bag, disposable surgical mask bag)
- Air conditioning filters are cleaned and sanitized at every departure of the customer.
